Consultant - Value and Evidence Advisory (Pharma)

What you will do

• Conduct secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, healthcare policy, market access, and competitive or therapeutic landscapes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Lead or support project workstreams, including planning, timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
• Design and execute primary research such as stakeholder interviews, surveys, and advisory boards.
• Present analyses and recommendations to clients and build trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate with project teams, coach junior colleagues, and support proposals, thought leadership, recruiting, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, economics, public health, health policy, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with emerging leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Interest in pharmaceutical or biotech pricing, market access, and commercialization strategy.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or PhD.
• Experience leading workstreams, managing execution, or serving as a key client contact.
