Senior Consultant, Global Market Access & Pricing (Pharma)

Location: Berlin, Germany; flexible work remotely or from satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan.

What you will do

• Lead complex analytical workstreams, including research, data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing analysis.
• Translate market research, evidence, and access insights into clear client-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate project workstreams, review deliverables, and support prioritization and project direction.
• Manage working-level client interactions and align stakeholders around analytical findings.
• Coach Associate Consultants and Consultants through practical guidance and feedback.
• Contribute to proposals, reusable knowledge assets, and the development of Market Access & Pricing capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical Market Access & Pricing and/or management consulting.
• Experience leading pharma-focused projects and delivering structured, analytically rigorous client solutions.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, AI-enabled workflows, and proprietary platforms.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required.
• Experience with both global and local Market Access & Pricing is beneficial.

• US market exposure.
• PhD or equivalent degree.
