Associate Consultant - Value and Evidence (Pharma)

Location: Hybrid position available in Boston, Massachusetts; Yardley, Pennsylvania; or San Francisco, California

What you will do

• Conduct secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy, and competitive and therapeutic landscapes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify findings, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Support project workstreams by developing plans, timelines, deliverables, and quality controls.
• Contribute to primary research, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and advisory boards.
• Participate in client meetings, present recommendations, and build trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of consulting experience in a life sciences firm.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Interest in pharmaceutical and biotech pricing, market access, and commercialization strategy.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or PhD.
• Emerging leadership and coaching capabilities.
