Associate Consultant - Value and Evidence Advisory (Pharma)

What you will do

• Conduct secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy, and competitive and therapeutic landscapes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify findings, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Support project workstreams by developing plans, timelines, deliverables, and quality-control processes.
• Contribute to primary research including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and advisory boards.
• Present analyses and recommendations in client meetings and build trusted client relationships.
• Collaborate with analysts and project teams, while supporting proposals, thought leadership, recruiting, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with emerging leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Interest in pharmaceutical or biotechnology pricing, market access, and commercialization strategy.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or PhD.
• Experience leading workstreams, managing execution, coaching junior colleagues, or serving as a client contact.
