Director, Program Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and empower IT project managers, program managers, and agile coaches.
• Partner with the Chief Administrative Officer and Global Technology Organization leadership on strategic planning and complex challenges.
• Oversee the Global Technology Organization project portfolio, defining expectations and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
• Implement OKRs and enable teams to deliver measurable results.
• Facilitate leadership alignment, critical conversations, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior leaders with insights, recommendations, and leadership support across initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with at least 12 years of related experience; alternatively, an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of experience managing and developing employees.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a complex, fast-paced environment preferred.
• Fluency in agile methodologies; PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multiple teams, managing IT projects and programs, advising executive leadership, and handling confidential information.
• Fluent written and oral English and U.S. work authorization required.
