What you will do
- Lead complex and strategic cross-divisional initiatives in partnership with front-to-back business, product, design, engineering, and operations teams.
- Recognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners, overseeing remediation.
- Provide transparency on project progress, issues, timelines, and budgets by running governance forums with senior leadership.
- Identify and remove impediments at the program level, leveraging stakeholders and sponsorship.
- Work with product owners to build the strategic vision and forward-looking roadmap and refine the backlog of demand.
- Define quality assurance and testing approaches, provide coaching on best practices, and develop migration strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a business analysis, project, or program management function.
- Must have Finance Industry experience.
- Strong project management skills, including scoping, defining a plan, deliverables, risk/issue management, and status reporting.
- Proven track record of scoping and driving project delivery in a cross-functional team setting, on time and to budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Extensive leadership experience demonstrated through empowerment, situational awareness, increasing transparency, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders outside direct control.
- Strategic thinker who can identify cross-functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate implications across existing processes, systems, and teams.

- Demonstrated understanding of Financial Services & Operations processes and procedures.
