What you will do

• Lead complex and strategic cross-divisional initiatives across product, design, engineering, operations, and front-to-back business teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, budgets, governance forums, and remediation activities.
• Provide transparent progress reporting to senior Global Banking & Markets leadership.
• Remove program-level impediments by leveraging stakeholders, sponsors, and business relationships.
• Partner with product owners to define strategic visions, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Define quality assurance and testing approaches, coach teams on testing practices, and develop post-testing migration strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or program management.
• Professional experience in the finance industry.
• Strong project management skills covering project scoping, planning, deliverables, risk and issue management, and status reporting.
• Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology strategy, client service, business functions, or management consulting.
• Knowledge of Global Banking & Markets and financial services operations.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, OKR frameworks, and roadmaps.
