Project Executive (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead multiple high-complexity client engagements across enterprise software implementations, digital transformation, workflow optimization, system integrations, and organizational change initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
• Establish communication frameworks across project, client, and internal teams while resolving escalated issues and risks.
• Manage scope, schedules, costs, delivery quality, forecasts, and financial variance analysis across engagements.
• Partner with sales and account teams to identify and advance client opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of project management experience leading complex, multi-project engagements.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience with accountability for team outcomes.
• At least 2 years of experience managing project financials, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
• Ability to influence decisions across multiple stakeholders and executive levels, manage competing priorities, and deliver results across multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Experience supporting sales or pipeline activities in a client-facing environment.
• Experience managing large or enterprise client relationships.
• Consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience managing concurrent projects across different clients and leading cross-functional teams.
