Production Supervisor - Night Shift (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Pepperidge Farm facility in Denver, Pennsylvania, USA; third-shift night schedule

Salary: $67,000–$92,100 annual base salary

What you will do

• Supervise hourly associates and coordinate all phases of bakery production on the third shift.
• Plan work, assign duties, adjust procedures to meet production schedules, and manage materials and staffing requirements.
• Improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, equipment performance, production yields, and working conditions through continuous improvement.
• Train, coach, motivate, and evaluate associates; coordinate onboarding and OSHA compliance training.
• Monitor production, downtime, absenteeism, timekeeping, quality records, performance measures, and incident documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Maintenance and Engineering, Sanitation, Scheduling, Shipping, Receiving, and other departments on production control, launches, and line trials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility, preferably in food or bakery manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Ability to work onsite on the third, night-shift schedule.
• Ability to support safety, quality, 5S, SAP, continuous improvement, and production-control initiatives.
