Legal Executive Search Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States, specifically FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, and TX

Salary: $50/hour plus a percentage of the placement fee

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle searches for lateral law firm partners and practice groups.
• Lead searches for General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel positions.
• Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and legal talent landscape analysis.
• Develop search strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Advise law firm leaders, corporate executives, boards, and candidates through confidential transitions.
• Maintain candidate relationships, CRM records, search tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience working directly with clients in legal recruiting, executive search, or agency settings.
• Strong expertise in legal recruiting and law firm structures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
• 7+ years of legal or executive search experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
