Executive Recruiter

Location: Remote or hybrid, with candidates based in the greater Los Angeles area and periodic attendance at the Los Angeles office as needed

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, senior executives, and business leaders to define executive talent requirements.
• Lead full-cycle searches primarily for VP-level and above leadership roles.
• Translate loosely defined business needs into search strategies, target profiles, and candidate markets.
• Conduct market mapping and competitive research to identify and engage passive executive talent.
• Assess leadership capability, functional expertise, business impact, and organizational fit.
• Manage multiple confidential searches from initial outreach and assessment through interviews, offers, and closing.

Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting VP-level, executive, and senior leadership talent.
• Experience in in-house executive recruiting, retained executive search, or both.
• Advanced sourcing, networking, research, and talent-mapping skills.
• Ability to build search strategies without a traditional job description or predefined candidate profile.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, discretion, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Based in the greater Los Angeles area and available to attend the Los Angeles office periodically.
