Solutions Strategist

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, objectives, and existing processes.
• Lead discovery sessions and identify opportunities for technology-led improvements.
• Translate customer requirements into practical software solutions and support their delivery and deployment.
• Provide customer training and guidance to maximise adoption and value.
• Gather feedback, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software development, systems engineering, solutions consulting, technical consulting, or deployment strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using Python and manipulating data.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and deployments.

Nice to have

• Experience in utilities, energy, manufacturing, construction, or other complex operational industries.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
