Founder Associate (PropTech)

hirify.global is building an end-to-end real estate investment offering to make property ownership more accessible globally.

What you will do

• Own two or three high-priority problems for the CEO and COO from definition through execution.
• Analyze data, build models, test conclusions, and develop recommendations independently.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to deadlines and deliver measurable impact.
• Prepare materials and positioning for board meetings, investor conversations, and partnership negotiations.
• Identify important problems and opportunities that are not yet being addressed.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or an operating role at a high-growth startup.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify the most important data quickly.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and to an expert level.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, changing priorities, and a fast pace.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, proptech, or regulated financial services.
• Experience taking a function or initiative from zero to one inside an existing company.
