Credit Analyst (9-Month FTC)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of national or regional customer accounts and proactively chase outstanding payments.
• Reduce overdue balances, resolve payment issues, and minimise aged debt.
• Use finance systems and automation platforms to manage collection workflows and maintain accurate account records.
• Work with Sales, Finance, and Collections colleagues to resolve disputes and remove barriers to payment.
• Report on collection activity, risks, and performance, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in credit control and collections, including reducing overdue debt.
• Clear, professional, and confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail in account management, reporting, and collections processes.
• Practical problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to escalate risks appropriately.
• Confidence using finance systems and automation tools, with strong organisation and resilience.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with Sales, Finance, and Collections colleagues.
