What you will do

• Support securities settlements and inventory management operations for trading and sales businesses.
• Ensure transactions are pre-matched and delivered on time in line with service-level agreements.
• Monitor key risk indicators and proactively identify, manage, and mitigate operational risks.
• Maintain daily checklists, controls, procedures, and processes for assigned functions.
• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and external counterparties.
• Identify root causes, drive change, and automate workflows to reduce risk and manual processing.

Requirements

• Experience in client service and relationship building.
• Strong control focus and achievement orientation.
• Experience using vendor platforms such as Jasdec, JSFC, or CCASS.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in securities settlements, inventory management, trade support, or securities middle office operations.
• Knowledge of the equities industry and markets is advantageous.
