Credit Officer (Mobility Technology)

What you will do

• Process new credit applications by gathering key information and making sound, informed underwriting decisions.
• Meet individual credit operations KPIs, including decision turnaround, daily decisions, service standards, and management of pended applications.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all underwritten cases in internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, risk mitigation, approval rates, and productivity.
• Escalate accounts and issues when required and manage Account Manager expectations.
• Work with the wider Credit team and business stakeholders to share knowledge and improve processes.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage an individual workload.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible approach.
• Experience in a similar credit or risk management role is desirable but not essential.
