Cash Management Analyst (Insurance)

Location: SRY - Redhill, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office and two days at home

What you will do

• Process and receipt insurance cash payments across multiple bank accounts in line with service-level agreements.
• Allocate automated and manual ledger postings correctly by legal entity and within required deadlines.
• Resolve bank reconciliation queries and maintain appropriate funding levels for individual bank accounts.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash-flow summaries, variance analyses, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Extract and analyze financial data using appropriate systems and tools to support transactions and business analysis.
• Collaborate with US and UK colleagues and support continuous improvement of cashiering processes and controls.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience of cashiering functions.
• Education to A level or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and operate financial systems related to cashiering and cash accounting.
• Awareness of financial controls, risk, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-currency transactions.
