Associate, Structuring - Cash Management & Payments, TBS

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least 3 days per week or 60% of working time in the office.

What you will do

• Design and solution complex cash management, liquidity, payments, receivables, payables, working capital, and FX solutions.
• Support end-to-end execution of Transaction Banking mandates from deal inception through implementation and stabilisation.
• Prepare solution papers, transaction approval materials, and client presentation support.
• Assess and mitigate legal, regulatory, tax, operational, execution, and commercial risks.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support Transaction Banking P&L targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Coverage, Product, Technology, Risk Operations, Client Services, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience across the Cash Management and Payments product spectrum, including product processes and transaction management.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and self-management skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Ability to communicate sophisticated topics and influence peers and senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to group policies and regulatory requirements.
