Director, Customer Solutions Engineering PMO (Professional Services/Program Management): Leading Rocket’s customer solutions engineering PMO and managing a complex professional services portfolio with an accent on strategic direction, financial governance, project methodology, and customer outcomes. Focus on scaling PMO capabilities, integrating acquired businesses, optimizing PSA workflows, and solving complex portfolio risks through data-driven decisions.

What you will do
- Set the strategic direction and long-term vision for the Customer Solutions Engineering PMO.
- Lead Project Management activities, including staffing, budgeting, expenses, methodology, workflows, and operational improvements.
- Own post-sales portfolio financial planning, tracking, forecasting, reporting, and control.
- Improve the transition from pre-sales to project delivery and align cross-functional stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead PMO process, governance, PSA workflow, and portfolio management improvements.
- Drive portfolio integration and resource planning during mergers and acquisitions while resolving complex project risks and issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a professional services leader managing complex, multi-million-dollar portfolios delivering technical solutions.
- 10+ years of management experience and a strong business and financial background.
- Expertise in Agile and traditional project management, technical solution lifecycles, organizational change management, and enterprise PSA solutions.
- Experience leading professional services teams serving large customers, scaling organizational capabilities, and managing M&A integration.
- Strong communication, strategic planning, analytical, collaboration, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PfMP, and/or PgMP certification required.
