Sales Development Representative (B2B Telesales)

Location: Leppington, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; office-based

Base salary: AUD 85,000 per year, plus commission and profit-share bonus.

• Cold call potential independent retailers.

• Identify decision-makers and build strong business relationships quickly.
• Understand retailer needs and close B2B sales.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets.

• Natural sales ability with strong charisma and communication skills.
• Ability to capture attention and engage prospects in conversation.
• Motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Resilience when handling rejection and failure.
• Ability to influence prospects and change their minds.
• Ability to work from the office in Leppington, Sydney, New South Wales.
