What you will do

• Drive growth across Trucks, Boats, Bikes, Caravans, Farms, and Construction.
• Prospect, convert, and onboard new dealers in a phone-based sales role.
• Cross-sell value-added industry products and develop client acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Use data-driven market analysis and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and contemporary market practices.
• Collaborate across the business to achieve financial goals for the business unit.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or B2B customer service.
• Track record of meeting quarterly KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and inclusive communication skills.
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations to varied audiences.
• Full-time Australian working rights are required.
