Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role associated with Sydney, Australia, and the Jakarta office

What you will do

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, phone presence, and the ability to make dozens of calls per day.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
