Account Executive (Gaming)

hirify.global develops and sells gaming products, games, recurring revenue products, and related services.

What you will do

• Work with the local sales team and internal partners to achieve sales targets across hirify.global’s product lines.
• Maximise sales opportunities, identify new business, and negotiate deals within business guidelines.
• Develop client plans covering sales, service, marketing, and operations.
• Maintain current client intelligence and advise clients or consultants on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Prepare reports on client performance, sales activity, targets, variance analysis, and forecasts.
• Represent hirify.global at local and state functions, meetings, and trade events while building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong product and industry knowledge with the ability to translate client needs into complete solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications may be held; Business or Commerce qualifications are highly desirable.
