Recruitment Consultant

Location: Phoenix Biltmore Area, United States; office-based for the first six months, then a 3:2 hybrid schedule after probation

Salary: $45,000 base salary plus commission, bonuses, and benefits; first-year OTE can exceed $70,000

• Onboard new clients through cold calling and business development.
• Pitch hirify.global’s recruitment services to prospective clients.
• Source and engage suitable candidates.
• Manage the client and candidate recruitment process.
• Meet KPIs and performance targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for sales and recruitment.
• Comfort with cold calling, ambiguity, and business development challenges.
• No previous recruitment experience is required.
• Availability to work in the Phoenix office for the first six months and then follow the hybrid schedule after probation.
