TL;DR
Salesforce Administrator/Developer (Salesforce/AI): Administering, configuring, and developing a multi-org Salesforce ecosystem covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, B2B Commerce, and support-case processes with an accent on security, integrations, and release management. Focus on applying AI tools to automate Salesforce operations, managing Apex and Lightning development, and solving complex access, integration, and production support challenges.
Location: Hybrid in Aguascalientes, Mexico

What you will do
- Administer and configure multiple Salesforce production orgs, including security, automation, page layouts, and Lightning components.
- Own the support ticket lifecycle from triage and scoping through sandbox-to-production releases.
- Manage user provisioning, licensing, access controls, and least-privilege enforcement.
- Maintain and extend B2B Commerce, eStore, quoting, and SAP or middleware integrations.
- Apply AI tools to Salesforce development, data analysis, documentation, and process automation.
- Support Lightning migration and maintain technical documentation for stakeholders and audit requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community or Experience Cloud.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
- Experience managing multiple Salesforce orgs in a multi-business-unit, M&A, or divestiture environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data and security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Experience with release management, Salesforce integrations, REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, or SAP and other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written communication, and end-to-end support ticket resolution skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B Commerce or eStore implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce security reviews, bug-bounty findings, or penetration-test remediation.
- Experience supporting customer community or portal registration and identity flows.
- Familiarity with Jira or Atlassian, SQL, and relational data concepts.
- Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or manufacturing environments.
