Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Zeebrugge, East Flanders, Belgium; onsite five days a week

Salary: €39,300.48 base minimum annual pay

hirify.global builds machinery and equipment and supports global distribution, integrated logistics, aftermarket parts, dealers, and customers through its Product Support and Logistics Division.

What you will do

• Develop and execute capacity plans for machine processing.
• Prioritize and schedule operations to improve performance and minimize delays.
• Analyze and visualize large datasets to support operational decisions.
• Coordinate with Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Transport, and external service providers.
• Monitor 3PL performance, communication, and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Independent, structured, resilient, adaptable, and hardworking approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Power BI.
• Fluent English and Dutch, written and verbal, required.
