Logistics and Planning Consultant (IT)

What you will do

• Support logistics processes, including order follow-up, delivery tracking, and receipt of goods.
• Manage physical inventory, stock levels, receipts, transfers, and inventory updates.
• Plan and create work orders for field technicians based on operational priorities.
• Coordinate with field technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support timely delivery and execution.
• Monitor logistics activities, identify discrepancies or delays, and provide updates and follow-up.
• Prepare basic activity reports and contribute to operational procedures.

Requirements

• Secondary education with 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Ability to organise delivery schedules and support workload planning.
• Experience with quality control of incoming IT materials against orders.
• Good knowledge of IT consumer market products.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to analyse RFC-related user requests.

Nice to have

• ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
