Location: Antwerp, Belgium; onsite delivery station role

What you will do

• Support the supervisor with daily delivery station operations.
• Lead and guide associates, sorters, and drivers during the assigned shift.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Conduct team briefings and maintain safety, quality, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Identify operational or service-quality issues and communicate with transport and customer service teams.
• Train new team members on station processes and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, reliable approach with willingness to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
