Fabrication Coordinator

What you will do

• Plan and organize daily production activities to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Coordinate communication between Customer Care, Logistics, VDC, external suppliers, and prefabrication teams.
• Prepare and monitor production schedules based on deadlines and customer requirements.
• Prioritize and expedite incoming orders, manage raw-material stock, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with standards and specifications.
• Report production data and deviations, and assist with transportation to customers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Good organizational and planning skills, with an eye for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Good command of English; Dutch is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel within EMEA as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with an ERP system, particularly Infor M3.
