Recruiting Director

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States. Must be based in the local market and able to regularly engage in office-based collaboration, local networking, and client or market events.

Base Pay Range: $108,000–$136,000 annually, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with client demand, workforce trends, business priorities, and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Talent, and Consulting to identify capability gaps, generate market intelligence, and match consultant skills with client needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, including sourcing, interviews, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build external talent pipelines and maintain strong networks across priority industries, functional areas, and markets.
• Support consultant engagement, career development, deployment, redeployment, retention, and workforce planning.
• Monitor pipeline health, deployment activity, retention trends, and workforce gaps while improving processes through technology and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Required experience recruiting accounting, finance, or technology professionals.
• Experience developing talent strategies, building talent networks and pipelines, and supporting workforce planning and consultant deployment.
• Experience with modern talent acquisition technology, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hireEZ.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, coaching, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution is preferred.
