What you will do

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview coordination, candidate assessments, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers, client leadership, and HR Business Partners on staffing needs, compensation frameworks, succession planning, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and recruitment activity records in applicant tracking systems.
• Represent client programs at job fairs and industry events while supporting candidate engagement and employer branding.
• Expand sourcing networks and leadership pipeline databases for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze staffing needs and create recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, follow standardized processes, and deliver within established timelines.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is remote.
