Sr. Recruiter, RPO United States (Remote)

Location: United States (Remote); operating remotely within New York

Salary: $68,480–$102,720 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership and key individual contributor positions.
• Source and attract candidates through active and passive recruiting, social media, networking, research, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates, lead interviews, prepare assessments, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Partner with client leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and compensation teams on recruitment strategy and approvals.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and timelines.
• Represent assigned client programs through candidate engagement, job fairs, face-to-face interactions, and employer branding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS).
• At least five years of combined experience in RPO, corporate talent acquisition, and/or agency recruitment.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare complex documents.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States, with the role operating within New York.
