Supplier Tooling Auditor (Automotive)

What you will do

• Audit supplier tooling quotes, cost breakdowns, buyer paperwork, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
• Ensure suppliers comply with hirify.global and customer tooling guidelines throughout sourcing and tooling development.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and share tooling data for asset management, customer systems, billing, and funding recovery.
• Support Sales and facilities with internal tooling data, customer questions, business cases, and tooling lineups for new business quotations.
• Coordinate periodic customer tooling audits, including tool verification and supplier or customer site visits.
• Train buyers and suppliers on tooling processes and compliance standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, finance, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Plex.
• Negotiation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
