Senior Global Supply Manager

Location: On-site in Torrance, California, United States; relocation to the Long Beach facility is anticipated in 2027. Occasional domestic and international travel of approximately 10–25% may be required.

Salary: $126,160–$173,470 USD annually. The role may be evaluated at Senior or Lead level.

What you will do

• Own strategic sourcing for printer systems, critical components, materials processing, manufacturing technology, and selected automotive and aerospace programs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, RFx processes, supplier evaluation, cost analysis, negotiations, and sourcing recommendations.
• Translate project bills of materials and schedules into procurement plans for prototype, pilot, and production phases.
• Manage supplier relationships, delivery tracking, expediting, supplier qualification, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, payment terms, tooling, warranties, intellectual property, capacity reservations, and long-term supply agreements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, Finance, and Legal to manage cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and supply risks.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, robotics, industrial automation, semiconductor, or similarly complex hardware industries.
• Experience managing suppliers through new product introduction, rapid development cycles, and low-to-mid-volume production.
• Strong commercial negotiation, long-lead procurement, supplier agreement, analytical, and supply KPI management skills.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, and procurement systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Arena, or Windchill.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Experience with additive manufacturing, robotics, CNC machining, industrial automation, laser systems, metrology, or related technologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, international sourcing, supplier development, or senior-level supplier relationships.
