Director, Operations-V (Retail Operations)

What you will do

• Oversee onsite maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial services, property operations, and contracted services.
• Develop and execute five-year capital plans, conduct condition assessments, and prioritize asset preservation and enhancement projects.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, construction activities, inspections, safety systems, and operational compliance.
• Prepare and control operating, capital expenditure, and service budgets, including vendor invoices and financial variances.
• Lead contractor procurement, requests for proposals, service agreements, project close-outs, and third-party provider relationships.
• Support customer service, special events, emergency response, security, fire safety, and day-to-day center management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in operations, facilities, or property management.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and operational functions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings, engineering drawings, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic to moderate computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, and online ordering systems.
