Financial Services Representative

Location: On-site full-time in Markham, ON, at 9690 Highway 48; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during hours that may include evenings and weekends. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, advise on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans.
• Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection to support clients’ financial goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and collaboration with internal partners.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, relationship-building ability, authenticity, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
