Business Advisor - Bilingual (Financial Services)

Location: Quebec, Canada — virtual work with occasional on-site attendance; must be able to attend the primary work location within two hours’ notice for business-related purposes.

What you will do

• Engage with new, existing, and prospective business clients by phone and video to understand needs, provide advice, and fulfill service requests.
• Assess and recommend cash management, lending, deposit, and GIC products while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare credit analyses and recommendations, capture financial information, and complete documentation in line with lending due diligence policies.
• Introduce high-value or complex clients to Relationship Managers, Imperial Service, Credit Risk Management, and Retail Lending Services.
• Promote ATM, mobile, and SmartBanking for Business options and support digital banking adoption.
• Work flexible hours on a rotating basis within BCAC operating hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM ET.

Requirements

• Experience in a professional, fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in financial services or a client contact centre.
• Well-developed knowledge of business banking products and services, credit analysis, and credit risk management principles.
• Fluency in French and English to support business operations outside Quebec, Canada.
• Ability to work independently from home with a secure workspace in a room or office with a closing door.
• Wired internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; satellite internet is not permitted.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
