Controllers - Regulatory Reporting - Senior Associate/Vice President (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage regulatory compliance and reporting for Swiss banking entities, including capital, large exposures, liquidity, and statistical reporting.
• Calculate, monitor, and report capital, risk-weighted assets, capital adequacy ratios, large exposures, and risk diversification under Basel requirements.
• Interpret existing and upcoming SNB and FINMA requirements and oversee their implementation.
• Act as a regulatory contact for business activities, advising on lending limits and collateral eligibility criteria.
• Liaise with regulators and manage internal and external regulatory audits.
• Participate in local and global regulatory projects involving automation, systems development, and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of professional experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
