hirify.global operates an 18-month Graduate Program starting in July 2027, combining practical controlling experience, job rotation, and graduate training.

What you will do

• Support the business planning process across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Indirect Controlling.
• Create monthly reports and sales statistics and participate in month-end closing.
• Support the annual creation and analysis of the value chain in coordination with Sales.
• Develop controlling tools and statistics for measuring profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality master data in SAP, BI, Hyperion, and CPM.
• Travel occasionally, up to 10%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Personal passions, extracurricular achievements, and an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to projects and challenges.
• Fluent German or French, written and spoken, is required.
• Relevant work or internship experience is advantageous.
