Senior Finance Analyst, Currency Management

Location: Zug, Switzerland; possible locations include Cork, Ireland and Diegem, Belgium

What you will do

• Forecast and consolidate transactional currency impacts for budgeting, forecasting, and actuals across Hospital MedTech supply-chain operations.
• Analyze full P&L transactional currency impacts, including variances, trends, risks, and internal or external drivers.
• Prepare management presentations with driver-based commentary for MTPO, FP&A, Group Finance, and senior leadership.
• Build business partnerships with finance, inventory, treasury, supply-chain, and currency management stakeholders, and provide training on transactional currency impact principles.
• Co-lead the transition from TM1 FX to SigniFX and assess impacts on reporting tools and processes.
• Implement process improvements that simplify and standardize Currency Management COE and MTPO activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Economics and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong finance, accounting, business insight, analytical, communication, and business-partnering skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complexity, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate in a virtual matrix environment.
• Experience working with senior leaders in a dynamic environment influenced by macroeconomic events.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven leadership, intellectual curiosity, continuous-improvement mindset, and ability to combine a broad view with detailed analysis.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another financial certification.
• Knowledge of hedging, hedge accounting, and inventory accounting principles.
• Supply-chain experience.
