Client Regulatory Reporting Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Execute daily client regulatory reporting obligations accurately and on time.
• Support reporting compliance for Bank of Israel regulations, EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, and SRD2.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, initiate corrections, and escalate anomalies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and compliance functions to resolve reporting breaks and clarify obligations.
• Support business-related change activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of operations experience in a financial institution, ideally in regulatory transaction reporting or transaction monitoring.
• Solid understanding of investment products and their main characteristics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Practical familiarity with EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, and SRD2 reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with regulatory transaction reporting platforms.
