Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations (AI)

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, test, and implement standard operating playbooks for delivering and acting on ECG-AI insights within clinical workflows.
• Coordinate new healthcare-site launches across connectivity, product, technical, and partner-site teams.
• Train physicians, nurses, clinical coordinators, and administrators on operational workflows and clinical utility.
• Own post-launch partner relationships, monitor adoption, and communicate user feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering.
• Track patient follow-up rates and ensure flagged patients reach the appropriate diagnostic and treatment pathways.
• Execute strategic initiatives that improve deployment speed, scale account management, build repeatable processes, and support market expansion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, customer success, or project management within healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences.
• Ability to create structure, processes, and clarity in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills across technical teams, physicians, hospital executives, and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup or management consulting firm.
• MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Knowledge of hospital health systems, clinical workflows, or cardiology services.
