Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States; listed locations include Cambridge, Massachusetts; La Jolla, California; Spring House, Pennsylvania; and Titusville, New Jersey.

Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 per year.

What you will do

• Support portfolio governance, prioritization, capacity planning, resource allocation, and investment planning for technology, data, and AI initiatives.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, executive scorecards, KPIs, value-realization metrics, and leadership review materials.
• Extract, transform, and analyze project, finance, staffing, and operational data.
• Design data models, reporting frameworks, validation controls, and automated reporting workflows.
• Communicate portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, constraints, and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strengthen project planning, governance, reporting consistency, and continuous-improvement practices across key initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management, strategy and operations, business operations, or data analytics.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL or R, portfolio analytics, data modeling, data quality management, dashboard development, and portfolio reporting automation.
• Experience supporting leadership decision-making with executive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience in technology, digital, data, AI, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or R&D environments.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and executive leadership and influence without authority in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Jira, Wrike, or Power Apps.
• Experience with GenAI-enabled reporting solutions.
