Training Coordinator

What you will do

• Administer the Learning Management System, including course catalog maintenance and billing support.
• Coordinate and plan training events, including webinars, hybrid platforms, and physical venues.
• Manage training schedules, budgets, and material distribution.
• Market training opportunities to customers using digital email marketing platforms.
• Maintain records for IACET accreditation and research state certification requirements.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States
• 2+ years of experience coordinating event logistics across multiple audiences.
• Experience managing budgets in a training coordination context.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS administration and registration platforms.
• Knowledge of training certification requirements or continuing-education compliance.
• Experience analyzing course evaluations and creating actionable reports.
