Program Manager (Intelligence)

Salary: $60,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project and contract operations, including production schedules, milestones, deliverables, performance requirements, and resource allocation.
• Oversee cost, schedule, performance, risk, budgets, operating plans, and financial execution.
• Coordinate with customers, government stakeholders, mission partners, and contract personnel to support program execution.
• Supervise all-source intelligence analysis and resolve production and operational issues affecting mission requirements.
• Apply intelligence-cycle knowledge, collection management, identity intelligence, biometric collection, watchlisting, targeting operations, and formal intelligence production processes.
• Conduct program reviews, evaluate performance, implement improvements, and deliver comprehensive status reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Manager or equivalent, including relevant experience within the past two years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience defining complex problems, developing analytical approaches, supervising studies, and analyzing data to produce recommendations.
• Experience providing strategic advice and technical guidance to military commanders, senior government officials, defense planners, and senior policymakers.
• TS/SCI security clearance required.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale programs across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.
