Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; required residence in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, NY, NC, TX, UT, or VT. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Base pay: $125,000–$175,000 per year.

What you will do

• Advise hiring managers on role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across go-to-market, customer experience, operations, risk, payments, and legal.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn searches, social platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct structured candidate assessments and maintain a high-touch candidate experience.
• Manage candidate and hiring-manager communication, scheduling, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Improve recruiting strategy and processes while maintaining accurate Greenhouse and Ashby data, tracking KPIs, and providing leadership insights.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments technology company.
• Experience hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
• Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
• Experience managing multiple full-cycle searches while maintaining a responsive candidate experience.
• Clear communication, structured working habits, attention to detail, and a focus on building diverse talent pipelines.
• Must live in one of the specified U.S. states and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting within a B2B payments company.
• Experience recruiting for global teams across U.S. and Israel time zones.
• Experience with Greenhouse and Ashby.
