Program Manager III - Provider Data Operations

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex Provider Data Operations transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects across the full lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, scope, planning, implementation, deployment, and operational transition.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, executive reports, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate business, technology, domain, operational, and cross-functional stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues, and achieve scope alignment.
• Monitor project health, performance indicators, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to support measurable business value.
• Support change management, training readiness, stakeholder communications, and adoption of new operating models and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product management, or program management.
• Experience managing project plans, requirements, risks, dependencies, budgets, executive communications, and governance activities.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms.
• Must be located in Missouri, United States for the remote role.

Nice to have

• Managed care, prescription benefit management, healthcare payer, provider operations, provider data management, network operations, or health plan experience.
• Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, digital transformation, operating model redesign, provider credentialing, enrollment operations, or network management.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decisions across business functions.
