Senior LNG Market Analyst (LNG)

What you will do

• Monitor the LNG platform daily to maintain accurate, complete, and timely cargo-level data, including coverage of LNG bunkering.
• Structure, audit, and analyze large, disparate, and unstructured trade datasets to track global energy flows and market trends.
• Monitor gas-market developments such as infrastructure outages, rerouting, and maintenance events.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate market observations into data-pipeline improvements and new platform features.
• Support global Sales through technical product demonstrations and client-facing market insights.
• Work with News and Insight teams and build industry networks to anticipate client intelligence needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Market Analyst or in a similar role focused on gas or LNG markets.
• Advanced Excel skills and practical knowledge of SQL and programming or scripting languages such as Python or VBA.
• Experience analyzing large, complex, and unstructured datasets to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Strong logical-thinking, ownership, attention-to-detail, and self-starter capabilities.
• Experience presenting data findings, platform features, or market insights to external clients and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom.
