Sustainability Analyst

What you will do

• Own sustainability data across carbon, packaging, compliance and wider environmental reporting.
• Source, clean, structure and maintain data from systems, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage the UK carbon footprint, support Net Zero planning and identify emissions-reduction opportunities.
• Build repeatable data processes, improve reporting governance and support new reporting requirements.
• Coordinate data inputs and actions across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Event Marketing and Global Sustainability.
• Document methodologies, assumptions and calculations, and communicate data limitations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in a data-focused role managing and improving datasets.
• Strong capability with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including data cleaning, validation and structuring.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using SQL, Python or another programming language for data transformation, automation and analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports or similar reporting and visualisation tools.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, challenge assumptions, improve data quality and maintain clear documentation.
• Organised, analytical and confident communicating across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in sustainability, carbon, environmental reporting or compliance.
• Willingness to travel 0–10%.
