Decision Analytics Associate (Analytics)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work may require travel.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Use data and analytical techniques to guide client and project-team decisions.
• Investigate client needs with R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions.
• Take responsibility for project deliverables and support client-facing engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework, such as statistics, data science, econometrics, applied mathematics, operations research, management science, or engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or analytical tool, such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, self-discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment.
