Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in Brazil.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance software based on customer feedback.
• Streamline processes and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Strategically plan and implement projects to drive company growth.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Must be based in São Paulo or nearby.
• Experience in B2B customer service or success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.
• Passion for renewable energy and driving positive impact.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Previous experience in a startup ecosystem.
